Silky Rider Warranty
Silky Rider comes with a 120 Month or 120 Thousand Cycle Golden Guarantee whichever comes
first, if you buy it directly from us, otherwise 60 Month or 120 Thousand Cycle Golden Guarantee whichever comes first.
It will
put your mind at ease. Remember that it is durable and
unlikely to breakdown, and in the highly unlikely event that
something happens in the next 120 months, we will fix or
replace it with a new one.
Terms and Conditions
- The warranty period for these products has been prepared in a separate certificate.
- All benefits under this cover are forfeited if a fraudulent declaration or claim is made.
- This agreement is limited to products bought and used in the
region. The provision of this plan does not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by
region Law.
- This plan is for the benefit of you, the purchaser named on this application form, and anyone else we have agreed with you. No benefits may be given to anyone else.
- We will not be liable under this cover where we are prevented from performing our obligations to you on account on any such events.
- We are free to transfer our rights and obligations under this cover and to have third parties carry out our obligations.
- The offer is valid only between the dates shown in participating stores and on the American North Group Inc. web site.
- This offer applies to new devices only purchased through participating American North Group Inc. It does not apply to devices purchased second hand or through private sales.
- All devices must be registered online via our web site less than 10 days from the date of purchase to obtain the benefits of this warranty.
- American North Group Inc. warrants that, during the warranty period, the product will, with normal use and service, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship.
- This warranty is valid only for products that are purchased new and unused in United Arab Emirates and Sourced from American North Group Inc. or its distribution channel. Channel refers to its network of authorized distributors, dealer and retailers. American North Group Inc. branded products that have been sourced by end-users, distributors or retailers from any source other than through American North Group Inc. , America (including grey, parallel or direct imports) are not American North Group Inc. , America products.
- The Customer must provide the original proof of purchase which demonstrates compliance with the above conditions to receive any services under this warranty.
- If the warranty claim is not accepted, American North Group Inc. will inform the customer; If requested to do so by the customer, American North Group Inc. will repair the product provided you pay the standard charges for such repair;
- If the warranty claim is accepted, American North Group Inc. or its licensed distributor at their discretion will repair or replace the device or components found to be defective.
What is covered:
- American North Group Inc. products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, unless shorter periods are provided below.
- All internal mechanisms.
- Components.
- Replacement if we consider the product to be not repairable, or beyond economic repair, we at our discretion replace the product with another of the same or similar specification. The original equipment then becomes our property and may not be disposed of without our consent. The balance of the warranty on the first machine should be transferred to the new product.
What is not covered:
- Breakdown due to:
- Accidental damage, abuse or misuse to the product.
- If the equipment is, or has been, used for commercial or non-domestic purposes.
- You deliberately damaging or neglecting the product.
- Defects in external wiring, cable or services.
- Failure to follow our instructions with proper installation or maintenance.
- Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
- Exposure to the elements such as sun damage, wind, water, moisture and discoloration or fading over time.
- All shipping charges.
- Repairs carried out by persons not authorized by American North Group Inc.
- Call out charges where no fault can be found with the product.
- We shall not be liable if any part or component is no longer available or is out of manufacture. In such event we shall consider the equipment to be beyond economic repair and we will replace or refund as described above.
Making a warranty claim
The process for a warranty claim may differ for some products. Please see claims process below for more information.
- You must inform American North Group Inc. as soon as the warranty claim arises.
- Contact your original dealer where you purchased the device, for warranty assistance.
- Visit our web site or contact American North Group Inc. at (000) 000-0000 for technical support, for assistance in obtaining warranty service or for further explanation of our warranty, frequently asked questions and access to service locations.
- You must provide to American North Group Inc. your original proof of purchase and a description of the fault, you may be asked to provide a written description of the fault.
- You must pay for all securely and safely packing, freight and insurance costs for transit of the product to and from American North Group Inc. Facilities.
Additional note
In no event shall American North Group Inc. or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages for any other indirect damage, loss, cost or expense. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
